Luke is an excellent physio and has been instrumental in helping me manage the cervicogenic contributions to my migraines! The exercises he gave me were easy to follow and adjust based on my energy and strength levels. He was very receptive to my pain levels on any given day and would offer to adjust lighting and other aspects of treatment if I'd recently had or was having a migraine, which was very considerate. After a diagnosis of osteopenia I started the Better Bones classes at Eastside Physio. The classes helped me learn techniques and develop confidence as I had never lifted weights before and didn't know how to start. Ben has a lovely relaxed and friendly approach. I am grateful for Ben's knowledge, guidance and encouragement and somewhat surprised to find I enjoy lifting and hope my bones feel the benefits too.
