One star for one of, if not the worst, dental/medical experience I have ever had. I had two molars extracted last week - and with fairness the extraction and bone grafting were successful - but Dr. Brisman has negative bedside manner. I called a week after the surgery, asking questions as to discomfort related to the procedure, and was told to come in. If I could give this place no stars I would. Adam Brisman has horrible bedside manners. It’s been many months since I’ve gone to get a consultation for a horrible pain in my wisdom tooth area thinking it may needed to be extracted or something else was going on. Extremely knowledgeable and kind doctor and staff. I have extreme phobia of anything dental. But the doctor made sure to take his time and make me comfortable with the procedure.
Customer service, especially in a dental office, should remain calm, respectful, and professional regardless of the situation. The interaction left a very uncomfortable impression. Extremely unprofessional experience with the receptionist Shantel over the phone, Mind you I haven’t even gone to the place yet.
