Quaint little community with a tight knit vibe
If you want to deal with DISHONEST people and TERRIBLE SERVICES, then go ahead and do business with Keel Team Real Estate Investment that owns Eastside MHP, Westside MHP in Roseau MN. It's been a year since I bought a mobile home from them. I paid cash and in full (one payment) for the home. They can never provide me with the title of the home. I cannot say enough good things about Alex!!
My spouse and I rent a house within the park - rent is reasonable, it's fairly quiet, and it's close to Polaris. As the owners have brought new trailers in the quality of the park as a whole has improved, and our property manager has been great to work with.
