Let me start this by saying maybe no one will see this but this actually happened to me and I’m disappointed and disgusted. So I have a service dog, I took her with me for my 3rd appointment and was 1. Yelled at in the lobby by a lady named pat. 2. All my therapist could talk about was my service dog. I went home crying. Do not go here. Please go somewhere else make the drive. They are not worth it.
This place does not actually care about their patients. They rarely answer the phone. It’s so hard to make an appointment and God forbid you have to reschedule or miss anything they will refuse to see you. But it’s ok for them to cancel and reschedule at the last minute. Hate this place. The reviews are terrible for a reason. Stay away!!!
They are getting one star they were rude today 1/22/2024 im a new patient i maybe already be looking for somewhere else. They also treated me like I was 20 Mins late. And looked at me like was dumb while i was talking .
