Eastside Heating and Cooling is what a service company should be, and more! We had to replace the AC in our 100 year old home… the new system is 2-3 more efficient, their pricing was competitive, but more importantly, they were professional, organized and on-time. I have already recommended them to several people, and they all say the same thing… This is an amazing company, that takes care of their people, and has a great leader… thanks for helping us be more comfortable!
We had to replace the AC Unit at our new condo. Eastside Heating and Cooling team members, from Randy, Dan and Chris in our home to Danielle in the office were professional, knowledgeable, and worked quickly to get us cool air again. My AC suddenly stopped turning on. I called them in the evening and got a call back that same evening to try a few things. They ensured I got a call first thing in the morning to schedule and had a technician fixing the issue by the afternoon. Great turnaround time and professional service from Randall.
