Kevin came out and was the most honest person in the HVAC industry that I have spoken to. He was very professional and explained everything that needed to be done. Also, he did not try to sell me something I did not need and I really appreciated that. If anyone needs a great heating and cooling company, please call Eastside and ask for Kevin to come out. You will not regret it.

Charged $748 to replace 3/4 x 1/2 standing pilot valve? Apparently charged for worker to search his truck for the part. Then drive back to their warehouse and search there. And then drive to a supply for the part. All unnecessary as I have two furnaces!
