The entire team at the Eastside location made one of the hardest things I've ever had to do seem effortless. Every single step was handled with compassion and understanding. I was gently guided through each and every decision I was faced with,always available with advise or helpfull suggestions whenever needed. I never felt rushed or judged at any point.
