Life changing! Nancy's wonderful and engaging personality fit beautifully with her expertise and the effective tools she shares. Together we worked not only to reduce everyday stressors but tackled the the really big one for me which was working through major issues with claustrophobia. Just got back from an unforgettable family vacation that involved taking 4 plane flights...something I haven't been able to do in over 20 years. I'm so thankful a friend told me about her and so I'm truly grateful for Nancy.

Nancy has been great in helping me work through my fear of flying and some other situations that cause me great anxiety. She is kind, thoughtful and skilled in what she does. After a few sessions I am already able to tolerate flying so much better than before.

We used Nancy's virtual hypnobirth service to prepare for our unmedicated childbirth. I was so impressed with how well her tools worked, even for someone who has NEVER meditated before. Both my husband and I enjoyed the sessions and found them helpful for when labor hit. We used a lot of her audio tracks specifically when contractions became really difficult. Highly recommend!!!!

We were recommended Nancy by our midwife/doula and I honestly could not have been happier with all of the tools and techniques we learned from her for the birth. This was our first birth experience and we were planning a natural, unmedicated birth of our twins so I was feeling a little apprehensive about how I was going to handle all of the unknowns.
