Will never be scheduling an appointment with Dr.Hamby again, she had a very abrasive bedside manner and behavior. The midwives that I have seen have been wonderful so I will continue to just schedule with them! If I were pregnant or sick in any way I personally would not want that Doctor overseeing my health. It did not appear she has much tact or care for her patients.
Although, I have already taken labs to confirm my pregnancy with one doctor’s office, this facility refuses to accept them and instead requires two additional appointments before I get my first ob appointment. To require a patient to get services she has already gotten can only be to bill insurance for duplicative services and office appointments. Also, the support staff was very dismissive and rude. The entire staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive from the moment I walked in. Dr. Deborah Hamby was especially amazing, she was so sweet, gentle, and took the time to really listen to my concerns. She made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire visit and answered all my questions with care and patience. I truly felt seen and supported. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for compassionate and professional women’s health care!
