As a 25 year old first time, african American mom. I feel very dismissed dealing with this place. When you call no one answers for hours, it’s no way I should be calling you at 9am I speak to you when you finally call bck we talk I was told the nurse will be calling me yet it’s 3pm now. Still haven’t heard anything from anyone to address my concerns.
