DO NOT use this company. Horrible, unreliable service. Booked a day in advance for a 6:30 am trip to airport and they never showed up.
When I called they were completely rude and probably the worst cab company ever rude to the customers and treat people like trash I over heard one in the background saying how stupid that last lady caller was and how much she was a bitch for asking if they took cash instead of card

About a month ago, I had a therapy session that ran from 7:30pm - 8:25pm. I set up a time call for 8:30. My phone started vibrating at 8:20. Since I was in therapy, I couldn't answer the phone. I walk out of therapy at 8:25, look at my phone, and see that an unknown number called 3 times between 8:20 and 8:23. I called the number back, and it's the driver. Cab 2243 driver was a complete asshole. Too disrespectful cause he didnt want a passenger in the front seat. Really wtf. The driver had the audacity to try and push the baby's carseat out. Not ok
I will be filing a police report against this company. Driver claimed credit card machine wasn't working and told me I had to pay cash. He called the company on the phone and the woman told me it wasn't her problem, I had to pay cash. I was then followed into the airport by the driver and forced to take money out at the ATM. He forced a tip that I didn't agree with but I was honestly scared. I had no choice. I tried to call to complain but was given a number yo a voicemail that cuts you off. Don't EVER use this company.
Lousy unsafe drivers Driver cut in front of semi and semi driver near crashed in to us and cab driver blamed truck driver for following to close. I got out at nearest safe place and called another ride.
Recently I flew into Seattle from Houston, TX. Upon landing, I received a text from my boyfriend who was planning to pick me up. He wrote he had the flu and could not come to the airport after all - he suggested I take a taxi home. He would pay for it, he said, but there was no possible way he could drive to the airport.
