Awesome Customer Service The guys down at Eastside European were extremely helpful and friendly! Especially Shane, he worked with me to get my car in as soon as possible and even had a brand new Jetta as a loaner while my car was getting worked on. I would highly recommend this shop!
Honest and Fair Auto Mechanics We've taken our 1998 BMW there three times and these people are friendly, knowledgeable and fair. They do their jobs and are respectful of your vehicle, never returning it with any mechanic grime. Highly recommend, even over the dealership, which can get excessive in price and recommendations. These people are easy to work with and I completely trust them.
Opporunity to learn more about mechanics from a top shop Mechanics I can trust. I'd like to bring a young mechanic with a couple of mech certificates earned at SSCC to speak with Shane about career options. I had Shane work on my cars for years and trust him implicitly.
