Just want to share my grate experience at Eastside Dodge, it was awesome from the beginning to the end, Shadi and Derek were so helpful answered all my questions, made the process smooth and easy and no pressure, highly recommend.
I don't have much time to describe how shocked I am by my experience with Eastside Dodge, Chrysler, etc. Collision Centre, but here are a few points. 1. ZERO quality control 2. ZERO quality assurance 3. EXTREMELY POOR workmanship 4. 100% arrogance 5. Appalling attitude I documented everything with pictures. If you care about your vehicle do not let them touch it even to rotate your vehicle tires.
Honestly, one of the best dealerships Collision centres to deal with for vehicle repair. They do amazing work and they are super friendly. And amazing people
