Don’t go to East side dodge to buy a used vehicle they will feed you a bunch of bull they will get all the paperwork done go through the financial stuff and then they will sell the vehicle to someone that offered more after you put a deposit down to hold the vehicle they are the most dishonest dealership that I have dealt with
Very good customer service by Pranjee Bhat, he was professional and respectful towards me and my mother. It was a great deal and a nice 2024 Jeep Compass Trailhawk. We are happy with the purchase and we recommend this dealership to our family and friends, we highly appreciate the service given by Pranjee at the time of delivery even he cleaned car for us...thank you Pranjee
The dealer is extremely overpriced, not willing to help, and the staff show very unpleasant behavior. No effort to support the customer — just trying to push high prices without service.
