Dr Bogucki is the best! He’s my favorite dermatologist, and I won’t see anyone else.
Not sure what has happened to this office, but I’ve been waiting over two months for them to refill a non-time intensive prescription (phototherapy) to no avail, even with several phone calls to remind I’m going without treatment while I wait on them — and an in office visit. It takes several layers of incompetence for this kind of gap in treatment support to happen.

I am hesitant to write a negative reply, but for the sake of Ohioans' skin I must say how displeased I was. Not only was he not able to clear my foot warts (actually I had to point them out since the doctor could hardly see), their billing department contacted me 4 months after my visit to say they had trouble with my insurance card (during which period I had left my job).
