Be careful with this clinic, they can rip you off. They demand a deposit, a set price, and when you arrive for your appointment, you discover the price is higher, a joke. My deposit was 125 pounds, and they only gave you 50 pounds back. It's a complete rip-off. After having a tooth extracted, I had an infection. I went five times, and they didn't know how to help me. They're such professionals, but only after the fifth visit did the dentist remove a strange growth. I don't recommend them.

Charged £30 for a 2 minute check up as I thought my filling had come out (and it hadn't). Queried the excessive charge to be told that I was booked as an emergency (I actually waited 4 weeks for this appointment). Very poor customer service.

Phoned last week was told ring in the mornings at 8am and we will give you a emergency appointment £150. Happy days, call at 8am today sorry your not a patient. Depends on the day if they want you.

The epitome of professionalism , the receptionists are always welcoming and treat me dignity which with my set of circumstances is really refreshing . Always try to their best to get you seen while remaining honest about options. The Dentists have been great with my anxiety , my teeth suffer due to sporadic periods of neglect but they have helped me a lot and are never judgmental. Olly in particular has been amazing and always makes me feel better leaving than when I come in .

Had an appointment for a filling, the facilities are brilliant, look brand new and very clean. Reception was kind, and the dentist was also very helpful. The whole experience was streamlined and efficient, did not take long. Also, their attention to detail was greater than any other dentist i've been to, which is always good
