Went to Willie’s and these guys were cooking. First time ever trying them. The prices were crazy high, and everything was separate - $2 per corn, $3 for 3 small potatoes, shrimp/sausage even mushrooms all separate nothing was bundled. Paid for 3lbs with 2 corns and 1 thing of potatoes with 2 sausage links which arnt cut up and mushrooms and paid $76. That’s crazy then to get the smallest crawfish. Thankfully butter and seasoning on side was free of charge.
Nothing more authentically Louisiana than the slowest possible service in the world
Hands down the best shrimp and crawfish in central Texas.
