I’ve been with Eastside for about 4.5 years and it’s been the best experience! I think the part I love the most is the extended “family” I have gotten from joining. We are predominantly a Masters Group (age 35+) and to still have something to work towards whether it be to compete, a specific goal, or to just get stronger there is a place for you. I've been a member since they opened back in 2017, and I can honestly say it's the best decision I ever made for my fitness journey. Coach Mel and Coach Lauren are the real deal - they've competed at high levels themselves and really know their stuff when it comes to proper techniques and programming. But what I love most about Eastside Barbell is the community. Everyone is so supportive and welcoming, no matter your skill level. We all cheer each other on and celebrate each other's wins.
