I had a low tire pressure warning, so I called and was able to drive in right away. The team made the whole process quick and easy, and I was out in less than 20 minutes. They had a seating area and wifi, so I was able to work on my laptop while I waited. They also repaired the tire for free as a customer! As a new driver I was nervous, but it ended up being such a smooth experience. I’ll definitely come back for future repairs!
I don’t know why I haven’t come here sooner. I had been driving around with a broken blinker light for a week and could only find time to drop my car off on a Saturday. It was fixed and ready for pickup an hour later. I was worried about the cost since pricing is never transparent with auto shops but I was amazed by the fair pricing, kindness, and customer service I experienced from Dan. I will definitely be coming here for any auto repair needs in the future.
I am old, have two very old cars and have owned many more. NEVER have I experienced such a knowledgeable and downright nice crew as KJ, Carl and their staff. Their prices are also very fair. My only regret is that I did not find them sooner! You are making a mistake if you go anywhere else.
