This place is the best! You are treated like family. It is well worth my two-hour drive to get service done here.
Rude. Hung up on me when I refused to purchase rotors. Was just requesting an estimate on pads. Lied when I called back and said he "thought I wasn't there." BS. No thanks.
KJ was just fantastic! He quickly helped me with a flat tire, gave me great advice on which tires to buy in the future, and was extremely helpful and welcoming throughout the whole process. Highly recommend KJ and his team!
This place is honest, efficient and kind. I’ve run into some car trouble recently and they have been nothing but helpful and eager to help and even took a late arrival with grace as I was running late from work. It is hard to find a trusted mechanic but I truly feel confident in their service. They also value members of their community which is also hard to find. Thank you, Eastside!
KJ is an incredible person, he helped me and a friend through some unfortunate car trouble with us urgently needing to catch a flight. He went above and beyond, he wouldn't even accept a tip. If I lived here I'd stay loyal to him and be a lifelong customer, thank you!!!
