We had the pleasure of bringing our 4 year old in for an assessment after having suffered perforated ear drums multiple times while he was younger. The staff was nothing short of AMAZING and Courteous with our experience. Our 4 year old was nervous but the staff made the experience memorable and he had a GREAT time during his assessment. Update based on owner feedback below: I think the fact that a business owner starts their reply with an incredibly passive aggressive "sigh" and then tries the "caught ya with your email quotes" approach is actually incredibly affirming of what I originally said... This is exactly the behavior I experienced with the frontline staff when the issue happened. The Audiologists are thorough, professional and very helpful walking through the process… and no pressure. The results exceeded my expectations and removed all my hesitation.
