The staff was very professional and supportive. They listened to my concerns and made adjustments as appropriate. I also really appreciated the follow-up call a week after my initial visit. Matthew is very knowledgeable about the technology and very accommodating to requests for adjustments.

Took my mom in for ear cleaning. Brittany was great in explaining and performing the work. Front desk was attentive and friendly. We learning a lot and my mother's hearing improved noticeably.
