I've been on a journey looking for a good hearing aid & Audiology provider for almost 2 years now. I went to a doctors office, they tried to help me, but didn't have what i was looking for. I went to another location and they didn't accept my insurance there. So i did more research and read some reviews, and I can see why they have a 5 star review. Front desk was friendly and very efficient. Audiologist was as knowledgeable and very professional. Great experience.
The staff was very professional and supportive. They listened to my concerns and made adjustments as appropriate. I also really appreciated the follow-up call a week after my initial visit. Matthew is very knowledgeable about the technology and very accommodating to requests for adjustments.
