Went with my Grandpa to get tune up & tutorial on hearing aids today. He woke up and couldn’t remember how to use his new hearing aids. They let us drop in same day for assistance. Whitney was so thoughtful and patient. You can tell she really has a heart to help her customers and meet them where they are. Thank you so much!
From day one, Eastside Audiology has been the best choice for my hearing aids! They work with L & I and handle all the paperwork. From the time you walk in the front door you are greeted by the friendly receptionist. Then when you are taken back by either the assistant or the Audiologist, they treat you like family. They take the time to explain your options, the equipment, and the services they provide. I highly recommend them to anyone that is in need of or needs servicing for their hearing aids!
Hands down, this is the best audiology clinic around. Kindness. Expertise. Everting one could want.
