They were friendly and very thoughtful. I felt my needs were met perfectly.
Had a wonderful experience! Very friendly reception, easy scheduling an appointment, very knowledgeable audiologist who took her time explaining the tests that would be run and the results. Highly recommend.
They were very responsive when I had trouble connecting my devices. When the problem couldn’t be resolved over the phone they fit me into their schedule. Once at the appointment the problem was quickly resolved. Very much appreciate their great customer service!
