Only clinic in all of Waco that I could get into with my heavily congested cat Tyler. Dr. Keil & staff are friendly, efficient & no-nonsense. They had us taken care of within minutes for a very reasonable charge for the exam, injection & meds, especially since we were a new patient. While not the most convenient location for me, Eastside has become my go-to Veterinary practice. They're GREAT folks!!!

I started taking my animals to this vet in 2019 due to never being able to get appointments to my regular clinic. Great prices and staff! I am very pleased with the whole experience.
Been using this vet for years, but after the way I was talked to on the phone today, I will be looking for another veterinarian. EXTREMELY rude.

This was from my mother Shelia Brown: It's been a couple weeks now, but I lost one of my puppies, her name was DAISY and she was three .. I knew her brother was sick but not her..played with all the puppies, put them to bed, went to bed myself and when I woke up she didn't... I can’t say enough about Dr. Kiel and his staff. They are absolutely wonderful. Dr. Kiel has been doing this for a long time and he knows his stuff. When our dog Gracie passed from renal failure, they sent us a sympathy card after her passing just to let us know they cared. Dr. Kiel did everything humanly possible to help her but unfortunately it was one of those things that was not going to get better. We love our vet and his staff and take our other dogs to him as well.
