just terrible service. advertise themselves as lgbt friendly but curse you to your face for having a rainbow pin, then refuse service after you wont take it off. i paid money in advance for a vaccination i needed for my dog, wouldnt even give my money back.
They refused to neuter my dog because it was "Woke gender surgery". What?
I dropped my dog off for a checkup and came back later only to be told they "lost him". Went around back and saw him in the dumpster, laying on a pile of dead dogs. Idk how they keep losing them in the dumpster
really wish I could give this place zero stars.
