I was very disappointed with the service my boyfriend and I received at Eastside Animal Hospital. We worked with Dr. Freda, and it felt as though she was rushing through the appointment and didn’t want to be there at all. As a former dog owner, I know what it’s like to have a vet who is genuinely invested in my pet’s health and happiness and I’m disappointed to say I didn’t experience that here at all. Hit and miss, ultimately not worth the risk. Definitely do not recommend bringing your pet here. Luna came back from a dental cleaning damp, coughing, smelling like vomit. The next day Dr Freda had no explanation, assured me that it wasn’t from the breathing tube because the tech would’ve told her if Luna vomited. Other times there were no issues, but for me, personally, I don’t trust them anymore.
