AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Hired these guys to replace our windows, worst choice. Very poor workmanship, I can do a better caulking than these guys did. Upstairs slider window is leaking. Left marks on the wall. I’ve been trying to get in touch with these people but both their numbers are not working, emailed them no response, contacted hipages as well no response. Maybe they’ve shut down operations but overall worst business practice.
Half finished the job with outstanding balance of only $2500. Save your money do not do business with these people
They did not install our doors correctly and are not responding to calls or emails to address their subpar work. EDIT: After I posted this review they came the next day to fix the doors.
Arrived around an hour late and then told us we needed the windows replaced which would cost upwards of 20k. We asked him to send us the report/quote. It never came. Contacted him multiple times to request it and he ignored our messages. Surprisingly unprofessional.
Eastside Windows were very prompt to get the job. The doors/windows look great however, they tried to rush the job and finish in a day instead of the previously booked two days. They used old timber (from the old doors) at the top and didn’t finish the job correctly. Very shabby finish and now we have to pay a carpenter because they won’t answer my calls or email.
