It was a pleasure to meet Lena (her skin is gorgeous!) who listened to my goals and presented me with an ideal treatment plan that was affordable. She explained everything & never made me feel badly about my less than ideal self care/sun damage. I booked an appointment at Eastside Aesthetics by Lena in Redmond after seeing multiple recommendations, but my experience was negative. The appointment took place in an old office building, and the provider was late and unprofessional. This place felt very unpleasant and old. The nurse barely explained anything and seemed more interested in getting me out quickly than actually answering my questions. I also felt pressured to get injections, even though I only wanted a simple treatment for young skin. Overall, it was an uncomfortable experience and overpriced and I would not recommend this place.
Lena is truly special. ❤️ I’ve been seeing her for over two years now and that alone says everything. I trust her completely and wouldn’t go to anyone else.
