The worst apartment community in all of San Leandro! The management abandoned the complex for over year. We had no management, no maintenance , squatters and a host of other issues. Most significantly there is a documented rat/rodent infestation here. One of my neighbors had fecal matter leaking into their apartment due to a plumbing issue their upstairs neighbor was having and they took over a month to address it. The worst rental experience. I have been renting there for two years. At the end I was cheated out $150 dollars. They added bogus cleaning charges and paint touch up charge, even though I cleaned the apartment and did not do any damage. There were nothing major to touch up on which is part of the normal wear and tear. In fact I left the apartment cleaner than when I first moved in.
