As a store manager in this mall I have a hard time sitting back and watching a family that is here EVERYDAY be aloud to let their children run all over and act in a manner that had it been me as a child my parents would have punished me on the spot, not only is it very distracting as I am trying to have business conversations but it is also embarrassing to see that we allow this behavior to continue but we are on top of the other children that are either throw balls in the main walk ways or that are riding skate boards. Why dOps the mall allow homeless families to hang out all day long in the food court? It is sad to see them in the situation they are on but it is not conducive to a pleasant shopping experience much less listening to the children screaming and running around at 7am while employees are trying to get the day started.
The mall is entering ghost town status. I worked there years ago.....Mall parent company charges stores too much to operate. Sadly, the busiest place we saw yesterday was B's Burger Barn. The food was as good as the reviews are......careful East Ridge Mall.......they'll find a more cost effective place to operate soon.
Best places to shop & some good sales rt now it's time to shop people!!!
