Went in to get checked out for a crown falling off. Was able to get an appointment the day I phoned, which I wasn't expecting. Though I wasn't able to see my dentist, her technician was very knowledgeable, friendly and informative. She knew what she had to do and got a referral to an oral surgeon for an extraction and implant. She called personally to the oral surgeon's office to set up an appointment. My overall experience was extremely positive. I give the assistant a high 5!
The experience was great from the people behind the front desk and the dental assistant.
As a new patient, I was very impressed by the friendly and professional way I was treated. I was a little early and they got me in within about 5 minutes of when I arrived. It may be a two and a half hour drive for me, but I will definitely be back. Thank you. 8/26 ~ still a 5 star rating! Friendly staff, great dental hygienist and they saw me on time.
