Complete overhaul of standing and running rigging for a 28 ft sailboat I am renovating. From estimate to delivery, John and his team were first rate and thorough. Updated all electronics and lighting, mast, and safety lines in the process.
John and his team did great work on our '86 Bristol 35.5 renovation. Complete re-rigging, mast - electrical - electronics work was well done. Very communicative in the process, did what they said they would do in a timely manner and with high quality. Would strongly recommend them to others.
Do not use them. They gave us a contract that specified one month to complete an arch for our boat. It took them 5 months in 2018 plus an additional one on 2019. Work had to be done over but still charged us full price. They took safety rails off our boat the first week of the project in 2018 so we could not sail . We also had to double pay for 5 months to stay at their marina in addition to the marina we already had a contract for in the 2018. Many weeks saw NO work being done on our boat. John and his team have done projects large and small on our Shannon 28 and they've always been reasonably priced and completed in a timely way. Above all we've been happy with the quality of the work, and I consider this shop the best in the Annapolis area.
This place is grossly overpriced by thousands. Unprofessional customer service skills. Definitely wouldn't recommend Eastport to anyone for anything.
