My mother had lost her driver's license due to sleep apnea. The doctor didn't know how to read the paperwork correctly. He would not sign so her driver's license would be reinstated. She had to wait another year without a license while she was a caregiver for her elderly father. When she went to a sleep specialist. She found out that she could have been driving the past year. A close friend had a sample taken on a recent Thursday. By Friday no results as it had to be sent out for a culture even though those strips of paper will tell you if there's infection. By Monday no reults. Tuesday results were in in the morning but the Dr. didn't sign off until Tuesday afternoon. Medicine didn't get to the patient until late Tuesday night. That's 5 plus days without medication. The saga continues this week with very poor service.
