My recent visit required a bit more extensive care than anticipated! Dr.Riggi, Jamie and Alli were caring, comforting and extremely helpful. So glad I found this office!
First, Dr. Riggi is an excellent doctor! I have no issues with him. My 2 star review is due to the poor communication between the office staff and the patient which is me in this case. For example, I needed the doctor to complete a medical form. I sent the form to their email, and gave some time to complete. My wife made a follow up call on my behalf, and the office staff told her they got the email but wasn’t able to see the attachment. They also said they responded back.
