Carmen is so attentive I absolutely adore her. Dr. Riggi is a kind and caring doctor. The rest of the staff is as awesome.
I’ve been attending this clinic for over 2 years and feel very grateful for their care. All staff members - from the physicians to the nurses to the admin staff - are courteous, professional and caring. Whenever I visit, Dr Riggi and his team always make me feel like part of the family. I really appreciate how thorough, patient and efficient they all are. I highly recommend Eastpointe Medical as a family clinic.
It's really hard to find a great doctor that shows they care. Thorough, patient, knowledgeable and kind is everything I want in a doctor for my family and I and Dr. Riggi checks all of those boxes. My son was sick and I didn't feel like the appointment was rushed, he explained everything and did a complete thorough sick visit exam. He answered my questions with kindness and care and gave me comfort knowing I can ask him anything and not feel like I was a bother.
