This place is terrible, waited 3 weeks for appointment, missed a day of work, to sit in office for a hour, to be told they have to reschedule me, due to the fact that the physician was not added to my Blue Cross card, I was in contact with the rude and incompetent medical assistant staff on several occasions, not once did anyone say I need to call Blue Cross, If I am going to see a doctor, obviously something is wrong, this is a delay in Care!!!
Some of the front desk people are a bit challenging. One is the most challenging. She doesn't have very good customer service skills. Also when I've been there my physician's assistants have been doubting things that I tell them about my health. I think they may need to listen more to how a patient is feeling. I've been a patient here for a few years, but I'm heavily considering finding a new physicians office.
