I wanted to try to balance my hormones with the eating plan. Fantastic recipes and easy to follow plans. Though I lost weight, feeling better was the goal and it was achieved.

I tried this program after hearing about it on the radio (92.3 and Kayla). After 2 months in I was not losing the .5 to pound daily. I even went and had additional blood work done as recommended by dr Wilson. He then had me order 4 different vitamins. After another month I had loss nothing. Not heard from Dr Wilson or his staff since he recommended the vitamins. This is such a joke and a huge financial expense that I incurred . Please think twice before wasting your money

Weight Loss 3D helped me lose 30 lbs. Three months later I'm still keeping it off. The program is very easy to follow and you can easily communicate with your coach. I actually enjoyed learning as I was losing the weight.

I signed up for Weightloss 3D in August of this year. I had been trying to lose weight on my own and had lost about 40 pounds in just under a year but had gained 10 back. After hearing so many ads on the radio and hearing about the success Kayla from 92.3 had, I knew I had to give it a try. I am two and a half months in and I am down 50 pounds!
