Sophie at East Point is simply the BEST! She regularly goes above and beyond for her clients (and even some that aren't). She will problem solve and take a team approach for making sure her clients needs are met and everyone feels comfortable with their orthotics/prosthetics!

The technicians appear knowledgeable and competent. However, our experience with Sarah at the front desk (or documentation department) was extremely disappointing. She repeatedly claimed she hadn’t received the paperwork, deflected responsibility, and insisted we follow up with our doctor’s office—only to later admit she had, in fact, received it.
