When the office lady in charge of my complex says she will never take the no trespassing order off of my children. They have never done one thing wrong here. If they visited, they got out of their car and came right in quietly. Never disturbed anyone. It makes NO SENSE. The only sense I can make out if it is she wants me to move. Been living at this property three years. No problems. New neighbor moves in. Calls cops constantly with lies. Cops are fed up with him. He’s insane. He has made up so many lies to EastPoint about me. I never knew this guy in my life and he has tried to destroy my life. Why EastPoint has believed him is beyond me. My children have always been quiet and respectful when they visit. One is a mom 28 years old lives in Vermont. The other is 25 years old lives in Vermont. Their " caretaker" is a joke! When he " fixes" something, it quite often ends worse than it began. They landlord by " intimidation." Most people here are afraid of them. I'm not. I'll be moving soon! Also, I fell due to caretakers negligence. He didn't shovel or salt. They REFUSED to give me their liability info. Medicare is going after them for the $. Also my ovens been broke for a year! YES, IVE SENT THEM CERTIFIED LETTERS
Living at one of the many Eastpoint properties has been perfect for me at this time in my life. Never have any problems that they can't take care of, be a new toilet seat or time for new flooring. Maintenance is always there to help out if needed. Just so happens my apartment is close to all my needs. Thanks to ( Norm ) maintenance for the beautiful kitchen floor. He was very professional.
