If I could give -5 stars, I would. After a 2 year wait, I got a letter from them and signed by a Amanda Hodgkins. The letter was dated the 16th of April and I got it on the 20th. The letter stated I must contact their office before April 26th and if they didn't hear from me by then they will remove my name from the waiting list. Harrowing experience as an applicant. Was on the waitlist for years and they took the apartment that was supposed to go to me. They blamed it on me even though I met all the deadlines and communicated thoroughly. The management is not reliable and has a terrible style of communication that is overly confrontational. Posting this as a warning in case others are banking on this as an option for their housing.
When the office lady in charge of my complex says she will never take the no trespassing order off of my children. They have never done one thing wrong here. If they visited, they got out of their car and came right in quietly. Never disturbed anyone. It makes NO SENSE. The only sense I can make out if it is she wants me to move. Been living at this property three years. No problems. New neighbor moves in. Calls cops constantly with lies. Cops are fed up with him. He’s insane. He has made up so many lies to EastPoint about me. I never knew this guy in my life and he has tried to destroy my life. Why EastPoint has believed him is beyond me.
