I wanted hearing protection for the gun range that blocks the loud noises of gunfire, but allows me to have normal conversations with those around me. I called Eastpoint Audiology and they were great. Dr. Lenz was very professional & friendly, and walked me through the whole process of getting custom hearing protection. Product arrived within the time frame I was given. I've since tested my new hearing protection and I am very impressed with how well the hearing protection is working. Thanks Eastpoint Audiology!
I'm a future patient with an appointment in 2 months, but Dr. Lenz walked me through replacing the wax filter on my hearing aid over the phone while I was in Kroger! Looking forward to a long relationship with this team!
