An error was made when I checked in, so I waited longer than I should have to see my doctor. HOWEVER, the receptionist took full responsibility as soon as she realized what happened. Everyone was very apologetic, including the manager (who called me to check in afterward without me even needing to ask). Doctors are great. Front reception absolutely terrible. We all waited in a line to register with reception. Had three to four receptionists sitting looking at their computers and only one calling people to register. I walked up to another receptionist and she ignored me until I asked her if I could register. She was very nonchalant and eventually took my name. This is not the way patients should be treated. Very disappointed.
Doctors take your concerns seriously. Was super impressed with the Pediatrician here! Very knowledgeable, kind and easy to talk to.
I've never had such a consistently good experience. Been going here 3+ years (I don't have a family doctor here) and everyone is respectful and professional. Never had to over-advocate for myself, I'm always taken seriously.
Got a ct scan done over 6 months ago had some issues so was referred to surgeon Dr Peter Cho, as other surgeon i was first referred to couldn't care less! Boy did I luck out. From his courteous, helpful ,receptionist Kelly (who actually returns calls) to his professional staff in the O.R. dept .Dr.Cho is the best of the best. I have numerous surgeries in my life, big and small and he is by far the most competent and outgoing His bed side manners are second to non.
