I've had a great experience at this clinic! The staff is always friendly, professional, and helpful. The facilities are clean, modern, and well-maintained. I also go there for massages, which are always relaxing and professionally done. My family doctor Fadeyibi is awesome—very attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about patient well-being. The receptionists are also very kind and efficient, making the whole visit smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend this clinic for both medical and wellness needs!
UPDATE: No response from management on this concern. Point proven! Doctors are great. Front reception absolutely terrible. We all waited in a line to register with reception. Had three to four receptionists sitting looking at their computers and only one calling people to register. I walked up to another receptionist and she ignored me until I asked her if I could register. She was very nonchalant and eventually took my name. This is not the way patients should be treated. Very disappointed.
Don’t come here refuse to take a doctor from here even if that’s your only choice! Waited over a hour past my appointment time and people who came in late and came in way after my appointment was taken before me. I will be looking for a new doctor as soon as one becomes available.
Receptionist is absolutely terrible. When confirming the name of my sons appointment, she then asked me why I don’t have the same last name as my son, and further questioned why my address on my health card isn’t the same as they have on file and questioned once again why I don’t live with my son. (I do, and I’m waiting for my new health card). She then hung up the phone afterwards. Absolutely terrible service, however my sons paediatrician is wonderful.
