I want to start by saying I do like my family doctor here and that is not my issue….. However, reception is terrible! Impossible to get ahold of over the phone and generally not helpful. I’m beyond annoyed with having to call multiple time over the course of an hour just to have someone pick up the phone. Secondly, I always seem to wait nearly an hour in the lobby before getting in. *This review is based on my own personal experiences and is an expression of my own opinion.*
I love this clinic. It’s clean and the atmosphere is wonderful. The receptionists are amazing and they follow through. My family doctor, Dr. Bakare, is inspiring and professional. He is very positive and filled with encouragement. When you aren’t sure what’s happening, he goes over things carefully and listens to your needs. I am so grateful to have him as our doctor. Wonderful Pediatrician — We’re Lucky to Have Him! Dr. Akil is an amazing pediatrician. He takes such good care of patients, listens carefully, and explains everything clearly. His checkups are always thorough, and he truly cares about families. We’re so lucky to have him as our baby girl family doctor!
I have been waiting over a week for test results and I have called 4 times and yet nothing.....I was told I had a over the phone appt today at 1 its 3:15!!!! Still nothing. Not impressed
