It’s been good. Special when Jerry is around, he get the job done and and he is also friendly. I have been living in this apartment since 2020 this place is home. Let’s not forget to thank Melody. She’s always have a smile on her face when you go to the office and she’s willing to help.
DO NOT SIGN A LEASE WITH THIS CORRUPT COMPANY!!! My partner and I have been dealing with the incompetence of the management and staff for a while now. The electricity bill was extremely high, indicating an issue with either the equipment owned by this company, or the electric company (check other complaints to verify). We attempted to call them more than 20 times, on different dates and times, regarding finishing the lease and they would never answer. I told them for the last 4 years that there’s an issue with the electricity at my apartment. I showed them the bills and they never listen. Trying to call them is a waste because they never answer the phone or return your calls. The quality of the apartments is terrible and the service is just as bad. Do not move to these apartments, it will be a huge headache for you.
