Creative finance is a joke and the reason I'll never go back. Ive paid loyalty near 4 years even extra, in fact owe less then 1000 now. Car was in accident and in salvage yard but still paying off. SCAM!!!!!! SCAM!!!!!!!! don't! just don't! sure they were able to get me approved for a loan, but at what cost?! I was able to look at 3 cars in my price point. one was a ford focus with a hole in the bumper and the driver side all dented in, 16,099. the car I was feeling forced to buy was a chevy spark. the blue book value is a little over 6,000 and they wanted 17,099 for it! the weather stripping was coming off and they weren't willing to fix it. they wouldn't budge on the price even a little. they told me over the phone ... read more

This is sad they don’t keep up the end of there deal ok they told me to get my car down to 70% I did that want to trade the car after she told me to get the Lean off and they will take it back I did that today I paid $500.00 to get off wavy back there the only underwriter they have she told to get it down to $4,000 when the Policy says 70% paid down u can Trade ur car back in with us nope all she did was lie now I last $500.00 still with the same car so now I’m not paying other car note yall can come and get this car I will ... read more
