I gave Easton motors this review in particular because Jason that works in the service department has been phenomenal anytime I have had an issue with my car he has gone above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the results and he also made sure to explain the entire process to me if he is not a manager you guys need to make him one as soon as possible because he definitely knows what customer service is. This is a loan shark business! Stay away they will sell you an over priced car and then as soon as your late they will repossess it ! They are very rude and will play games with you !
I'm definitely not happy with easton motors. Yes they were able to give me a vehicle which was nice but for a 2008 hyundai sonata that's used isn't worth almost $16,000 especially if it's almost breaking down. Had no option but to take the deal really because wife was pregnant and needed a car because our other car died. Well not even a year later and having to pay $600 a month on a car that constantly has issues is outrageous. Then to go to easton motors to try and get a $20 fix they want to charge me almost $300!!! Alittle confusing at 1st but they stuck with me specifically Breanna and helped me along the way every step. They will treat you right and I've zero regrets going them. Reasonable rates and great options. If your looking for car to replace yours or the 1st one for your kids this absolutely is the place to go.
