Many I know had Morgan Management.....one place in Middleboro, Ma.(Hillcrest). They tried to raise the rent when there was violations everywhere, some the same as you people have. Get ahold of the Board of Health in your town and file a complaint. They will come out and look at what is going on and make them fix it. That is part of their regular maintenance and they can't raise your rent if you are under rent control........................................selectmans office could tell you that. i am so sad to live here....i will be losing my home (someday) I know there is a problem but no one seems to care to speak out against Morgan mgmt of Pittsford NY. They are drivng my neighbors out onto the streets Their website looks like a toothpaste commercial. In reality they are slum lords Potholes are the norm water main breaks are every other day.
