We built our custom home with Easton builders in 2017 and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Our home was built with quality every step of the way. The personalized attention we received was unsurpassed. Our needs and wants were the main priority. We could not be happier with our home and our building experience!
This process started off great. But here we are, 2 years later, still having issues with unfinished punch list items. Honestly, if more focus was on true QA throughout the entire process, things could be different. Had to give up on a few items because it wasn’t worth the hassle. Disappointed for sure, definitely a reminder that things are just not done the same way anymore. Pictures are beautiful, but don’t always tell the whole story.
