Wish I could give them 0 stars. We were made to believe we had to go with Easton in order to use our HOA security system which was not the case. We had to call and email many times in order to get them to send a quote and come install. The prices were very high and he is very rude but we needed a quick install so we went ahead with it anyway. Normally, I wouldn’t take the time to publicly vent about a company, but this is a special case. We signed on with Easton because it was apparently part of an old HOA contract. Not only did they put in a system that never actually worked properly (fire alarm never went off when I had a cooking accident w smoke everywhere), when I attempted to ask about it and ask that they come out to service the system, they sent out a tech and then I never heard from them again despite calling.
