Former employee for this company. Don't know about the motorcoach side of the business but the busses to transport elderly and people with disabilities was a nightmare to drive for. People they have working for them have not a clue as to how to make a schedule. Drivers are always running late because of scheduling. I have nothing but praise for Easton Coach Company. I was recently a passenger onboard one of their gorgeous luxury coaches for a friend's wedding and was impressed by the professional, friendly service from the driver, Etta, and the cleanliness and modern style of the motorcoach. The shuttle service provided from the hotel to the ceremony, the ceremony to the reception, and the reception back to the hotel was timely and safe. Horrible experience with this company. We used Easton Coach for a three day school trip. We were picked up by a beautiful bus inside of which everything was clean and working well. We got comfortable and set out for Washington DC. The driver was wonderful. He was not the problem and all of the events that unfolded were not his doing. They were the sole responsibility of the company itself.
