We have been patients of this practice for years. The doctors and staff are wonderful, professional and so helpful. They truly care about their patients.
I have been a patient at EAFM for over 20 years. Dr. Mark Casaia is my primary doctor. I really have to express that he is one of the top smartest people I have personally come in to contact with. If it's not his area (requires a specialist), he's right on top of it...
I've really enjoyed my experience with the staff and Mark Casaia. They are open, honest, not dismissive, and provide great care and advice. Much better than my last primary care place, and I thought they were great!
The doctors there are great but the only major issue I have is with the answering service that can't even relay proper information to the doctor and it takes 6+ times to even get a somewhat decent answer out of those people. Need a better line of communication to be able to get the meds sent to the right pharmacy that ended up at the wrong pharmacy to begin with after being told multiple times where to send it. Some real good Dr's amd Staff but ridiculous that today we show up 20 minutes early as they ask you to show up 15 min early and then watch people who show up way late go-ahead of you, pushing our appt back by a half hour and making us wait 50 min.
