The atmosphere at Eastman's fitness is very conducive to progress and success. Because it is a small gym with a neighborhood feel, the population is mostly regulars, and people are very supportive and encouraging of one another. The gym is not fancy and is not full of bells and whistles, but if you are looking for an environment where you can get work done and get in and get out, this is the place.
