I bought flooring from Eastman's roughly ten years ago. The flooring was supposed to have a 20 year warranty. Eastman's was nice and helpful when I first contacted them about my flooring buckling and falling apart. They claimed it was due to water damage but I never had any water on the flooring other than light mopping. After weeks they pushed me to a Shaw representative who never contacted me. Just be aware that they will not back the warranties they post on thier products.

Very friendly staff, lots of selection of flooring
I walked in fully prepared to buy a beautiful Capel area rug. I stood by their display and looked through the rugs for 10 minutes. Not one person greeted me, nor acknowledged me in any way. I decided to take my credit card and business elsewhere.
Extremely combative when there was an issue. CANNOT believe the way I was spoken to. I was referred to them by neighbors and friends but when an issue came up, it was the very worst I’ve ever been treated in any business transaction. That’s how I judge a service. It’s more about how they handle issues to me should they arise than how they install flooring.I would steer clear if I were you! I’ve never written a review but had to so y’all are in the know
