My experience with Eastman and Smith has been sub par at best. Despite asking for guidance and assistance with settling my fathers estate, I have received canceled appointments, lack of response to inquiries and zero assistance when I've asked. If you want an attorney to help you navigate settling an estate, this is not the place for you. These lawyers are shysters. They unethically put lies into complaints, they will not lift restraining orders when they should, they try to litigate things that are not even litigatable. You would get a better result if you go outside of Hancock County to get a lawyer.
