To much rust, workers aren’t friendly there, hard to get ahold of a worker.
I haven’t seen an employee work here in multiple weeks. The machines are lubricated twice a year instead of monthly, there’s rust everywhere, they keep adding fancy new machines I never see anyone use, and they don’t properly respond to emails
The equipment is rusty to the point where it is in the air, and the cleaning spray uses bleach. I don’t recommend this facility for people who enjoy good health and unstained clothes.
To much rust
I'm giving two stars. Cause they do have a convenient location for me and great staff. Unfortunately that's not enough to for me. The steep cost of 60$ a month doesn't cover the fact that it's crowded with equipment. Some of the emergency exits are fully blocked with equipment that if an emergency were to happen then they would get in a LOT of trouble. I'm also disappointed with how poorly kept the equipment is.
