UNPROFESSIONAL! The owner of this company came to my home to provide an estimate. She spent about one hour with me and took many pictures. She said that she would provide a quote for flooring repair asap. Three weeks later she left a message on my voicemail saying that she hadn't forgotten about me. Never heard from her again. If you're having your floors done in or near Edmonton, try someone else.The worst service I have had in 20 years; blew the power, limited site prep, no clean-up, narky about paying for the 8 hours of clean-up I had to pay for, and took payment without due authorization.
I recently had Eastman hardwood flooring in to complete an install at my home and was super impressed how friendly and efficient they were. This is a family owned and operated business where pride of workmanship is evident. Marcel could not have been more respectful throughout the entire experience. I would definitely recommend Eastman Hardwood to friends and family.
Eastman Hardwood Flooring did an amazing job sanding and refinishing the old hardwood floors in my house. Total pros from estimate to finished project. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend these guys for any hardwood flooring project.
